Hist-Haus, is a small organisation that restores historic homes and provides luxury accommodation in top international locations.

Our first property opening in 2026 is a small historic Riad in the Marrakech medina, which opens following a two year careful restoration. New properties are scheduled to open in 2027 and 2028 creating a portfolio of carefully restored and historically furnished luxury destinations.
